1. please mine responsibly. before you "mine" an item, please make sure you are fully decided about it. lets avoid wasting each other's time.2. please don't ask a lot of request if you're not a sure buyer.3. please double check the condition of your items before you “mine” an item. for pre-order / STBO, no to sensitive buyers. we are not liable for damaged items.4. strictly NO CANCELLATION once claimed. order cancellation after order confirmation will be fined 40% of the item's total price. this is applicable to both set and individual lapags.5. late payment fee applies to our lapags, P30 late payment fee every day, and it begins after the deadline of payment onwards. if you will not inform us regarding late payment, order will be automatically cancelled and down payments are non-refundable.6. If your items are already onhand and dop is paymnet once onhand, you have 3 days to settle your balance. Late payment fee of 30 pesos per day will apply if not yet paid after 3 days.7. additional P15 packing fee is applicable to all our items. If the items you've claimed is sold in set/bulk items/more than 2 photocards pf is to be discussed depending on the items' sizes.8. we will only store your items for 2 weeks. if still unclaimed, it will be resold and no refund will be issued.9. damaged parcels brought by couriers aren't our responsibility anymore, since we will be strict in sending you photos of your order/s before and after it's fully packed so you will be aware of its condition before i hand your order/s to the courier.10. no returns or refunds for damaged item if (a) you didn’t receive photos of the condition of your orders before and after it's packed, (b) you fail to send an unboxing video.11. please expect delays for stbo orders. no to impatient buyers12. if your orders were already shipped, please keep in mind that it’s not our responsibility anymore if something happened to your parcels.
